The Science Fiction Hall of Fame, Volume 1, by Robert Silverberg, editor

****

All in all, a pretty decent collection of short stories. I'm always impressed at the creativity of authors back in the 1930s and 1940s . . . they thought up some pretty nifty stuff. I think my favorites were The Roads Must Roll, Microcosmic God, Nightfall, Arena, First Contact, and, of course, Flowers for Algernon (which I read back in high school, but was happy to revisit).

Definitely worth reading if you like classic science fiction and short stories. But I suppose that's obvious enough from the title.
